Yeshua ha-Mashiach (yeshua ha-mashiach) — יֵשׁוּעַ הַמָּשִׁיחַ — means Yeshua the Anointed. The claim is messiahship: this man holds that office.
It is not a longer way to say the personal name. Say it when the anointing is the point. The name alone is Yeshua. The office alone is Messiah or Christ.
