Biblical Prophecies and Scriptures

• Leviticus 25 (The Jubilee ordinance – the core scripture of the entire message) “You shall consecrate the 50th year and proclaim a release throughout the land to all its inhabitants. It shall be a jubilee for you. Each of you shall return to his own property. Each of you shall return to his own family. You shall have the 50th year as a jubilee.” (This is the foundational law Jonathan builds the whole mystery around.)
• Deuteronomy (The “stranger from a distant land” prophecy about the cursed land) The stranger who comes from a distant land, when they see the plagues and the diseases that the Lord brought on the land, they’ll say, “All the land is brimstone and salt, burned debris, unsown, unproductive, no grass grows on it, like it’s cursed.” (Fulfilled literally by Mark Twain in 1867.)
• Isaiah (Deliverance of Jerusalem – two linked prophecies)
  • “As birds flying, the Lord will deliver Jerusalem.” (fulfilled in 1917 with British planes).
  • “As the lion and the young lion roar over his prey, the Lord of hosts will come down and wage war on Mount Zion.” (fulfilled in 1967 with commanders literally named “lion” and “young lion”).
• Amos 9 (Appointed Sabbath scripture read worldwide on the exact day Israel was reborn – May 15, 1948) “I will raise up the fallen tabernacle of David. I will wall up its gaps. I will raise up its ruins. I will rebuild it as in ancient times. I will also restore the fortunes of my people Israel. They will rebuild the desolated cities. They will live in them. They will plant vineyards. They will drink their wine. They will make gardens and eat their fruit. I will plant them on the land and no one will ever uproot them again.”
• Hebrew word “Tashu” (from Leviticus 25 – “you shall return”) The letters of this single Hebrew word numerically add up to the year 1948 – the exact year Israel returned as a nation.
• Yom Kippur / Day of Atonement (the day the Jubilee trumpet is sounded) Linked directly to Messiah: “Messiah is our atonement… therefore He is our Jubilee.”
• King Cyrus prophecy (70-year cycle of separation and restoration of Jerusalem) After 70 years Cyrus issued a proclamation restoring the Jewish people to Jerusalem. (Paralleled exactly with 1947 UN resolution → 2017 Trump Jerusalem Declaration, exactly 70 years to the day on the Hebrew calendar: December 6, 2017.)
• Final Jubilee prophecy (implied in Paul’s writings and end-time restoration) When Israel says “Baruch Haba B’Shem Adonai” (Blessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord), it will bring “riches for the world… blessings for the world… and life from death.” The ultimate Jubilee when Messiah returns.

God’s Jubilees (50-year biblical cycles)

• 1867 Jubilee (7×50 years from Ottoman conquest in 1517)
  • Mark Twain visits and describes the land exactly as the Deuteronomy prophecy said a stranger would.
  • Ottoman Sultan begins releasing land to Jewish people.
  • Ancient City of David is rediscovered after 2,000 years.
• 1917 Jubilee (1867 + 50 years)
  • British General Allenby enters Jerusalem; Ottoman/Turkish forces flee.
  • Balfour Declaration promises Israel as a homeland for the first time in 2,000 years.
  • First aerial battle over Jerusalem (“as birds flying”).
  • Jewish soldiers fight in their ancient land for the first time in 2,000 years (trained by Christian John Patterson, born in 1867).
  • Restoration of Jerusalem begins on the first day of Hanukkah.
• 1947/1948 Jubilee (linked to Herzl’s 1897 Zionist Congress + exactly 50 years)
  • UN votes to restore Israel on November 29, 1947 (a Sabbath).
  • Israel officially reborn on May 14–15, 1948 (Friday night/Sabbath).
  • Amos 9 prophecy about restoring the tabernacle of David is the appointed Sabbath scripture read worldwide on the exact day.
• 1967 Jubilee (1917 + 50 years)
  • Six-Day War; Israel recaptures Jerusalem for the first time in 2,000 years.
  • Commanders literally named “lion” and “young lion” fulfill Isaiah’s prophecy.
  • Troops enter through the Lion’s Gate.
  • Rabbi Shlomo Goren (born 1917, age 50) sounds the shofar on the Temple Mount – the sound of Jubilee (“Goren” means “the horn”).
• 2017 Jubilee (1967 + 50 years)
  • President Donald Trump issues the Jerusalem Declaration (December 6, 2017).
  • America becomes the first modern nation to recognize Jerusalem as Israel’s capital.
  • “Trump” literally means “trumpet”; fulfills the sounding of the trumpet in the Jubilee year.

The Devil’s Jubilee (Counter-Jubilee / Satanic imitation) (The enemy inverts God’s Jubilee pattern against Israel)

• 1973 Yom Kippur War → +50 years = 2023
  • Invasion launched in October on a biblical holy day (Leviticus 23).
  • Took place on a Saturday (Sabbath).
  • First Saturday of October 1973.
  • Exactly 50 years later: Hamas invasion on the first Saturday of October 2023 (October 7) – also on a biblical holy day and Sabbath.
  • Jonathan calls this “the devil’s jubilee going against God’s jubilee.”

The Final / Ultimate Jubilee (Still to come) When Israel returns to Messiah and says “Blessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord,” the greatest Jubilee in history will occur: global restoration, the lion lies down with the lamb, no more war, tears, or curse – the “Jubilee of Jubilees” when Messiah returns to His possession.
