The names and titles given to Jesus (Yeshua) in Scripture are claims, not ornaments. Some sit concealed in the Tanak. Some are spoken aloud by apostles. Together they say who He is and what He was sent to do — heard first as the first hearers could have heard them. Christ is Greek for Messiah. Both are in the table.
